Helping Children, Teens, Adults, Couples, and Families Find Clarity, Connection, and Lasting Change
Services Designed for Real Life Challenge
Whether you're seeking couples counseling, support for men's mental health, trauma therapy, or counseling for children and teens, therapy can provide a path toward healing, growth, and lasting change. I offer personalized, evidence-based therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, emotional stress, life transitions, and personal growth.
Couples
Helping couples reconnect is one of my greatest passions. Whether you're struggling with communication, trust, conflict, or recovering from betrayal, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners better understand one another, strengthen emotional connection, and rebuild a secure relationship. My goal is to help couples move from feeling stuck to feeling like they're on the same team again.
Men’s Mental Health
Many men carry stress, anxiety, or emotional burdens without feeling they have a place to talk about them. I provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where men can explore life's challenges, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and develop practical strategies for moving forward with confidence.
Trauma Recovery
Trauma can affect how we think, feel, relate to others, and experience the world. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help clients process difficult experiences so they no longer feel defined by the past. Together, we can work toward greater safety, understanding, and confidence in the present. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Children and Teens
Working with children and teens is one of the most rewarding parts of my practice. I believe counseling should be a place where young people feel safe, valued, and even look forward to coming. Through engaging, age-appropriate therapy, I help children and adolescents build confidence, emotional resilience, healthy coping skills, and a stronger understanding of themselves. I enjoy partnering with parents to support growth both inside and outside the counseling room.
