You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I help people feel less stuck, more connected, and better equipped to navigate the challenges in their lives and relationships.
My Approach
Be Yourself
Therapy can feel like a big step, whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship, your child, or your family. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where children, teens, adults, couples, and families feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we'll explore the emotions, life experiences, relationship dynamics, and patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or other challenges. Through a collaborative and personalized approach to counseling, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, improve communication, and develop greater self-awareness. My hope is to help you find clarity, healing, and confidence while creating meaningful and lasting change in your life and relationships.
Therapy That Fits
My approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and straightforward, while adapting to the unique needs, age, and goals of each client. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and developmentally appropriate interventions to help children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional stress. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in corporate America and served in the U.S. Army, experiences that shaped my understanding of stress, resilience, leadership, family dynamics, and the everyday challenges people face. I bring that real-world perspective into counseling to provide practical, relatable, and effective support that connects directly to the realities of daily life.
