Hi, I’m Scott
I help people feel less stuck, more connected, and better equipped to navigate the challenges in their lives and relationships.
I’m a counselor who believes therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. You don’t need the perfect words or to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My job is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s happening, and work alongside you toward meaningful change.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t exactly traditional. Before entering the counseling field, I spent more than 20 years in corporate America and also served in the U.S. Army. Those experiences shaped how I understand responsibility, career pressure, relationships, family life, transitions, and what it can feel like to keep pushing forward when something underneath the surface isn’t working. That perspective still shapes how I practice today—I’m warm and compassionate, but also conversational, practical, and straightforward.
I enjoy working with couples, men, trauma, life transitions, and children and teens who need a space to feel understood and build confidence. I believe everyone brings a unique story into therapy, and I’m not here to tell you how to live yours—I’m here to help you better understand it, work through what’s getting in the way, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
